The software and the company are ABSOLUTE JUNK.
Summary:
- the software doesn’t work
- their only support is through email, and takes up to FIVE BUSINESS DAYS
Details:
- I am a lifetime computer programmer and techie
- this junk software has been sitting for hours now saying “Looking for devices” when the device is attached
- Windows explorer can see it as “Apple phone”
- I could copy the data from it using a standard copy, and got a full copy of the phone, in folders with names like 201203_ and 201203_
But this junk software can’t see it.
I rebooted everything, Run as administrator, have a USB cable AND wifi connected to both, checked their General Settings for Wifi enabling and everything else, etc
NO support, NO working software, and now the fight to get my money back.
WASTE OF TIME.

Brilliant. I didn't know where to start to try to copy stuff from my iPhone (and iPad) to my Mac. This app easily let me transfer all my music, and even save some precious conversations. It's simple to use, even for a caveman like myself, and the tech support is fantastic, helping me with a niche query I had.

At one time it worked great, now all I ever get is "establishing communications. This may take a few minutes." It never connects.

I don't know what's going on with this program, but half the time it doesn't copy over the entirety of my chosen playlist, and then the rest of the time many of the songs that do get copied over are the wrong ones. I guess if they have the same word in the title it's close enough? Certainly not worth the thirty dollars they charge for it.

I have an older version of TouchCopy. Is there an upgrade path or do I have to pay full price again? Couldn't find any info on this at the dev's site. Thanks.
